Everything is made by hand, one piece at a time. Here's how it reaches you, and what happens if something isn't right.
Shipping
Your delivery charge is calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you pay — no hidden fees. Larger orders may qualify for free delivery.
Because each piece is handmade to order, please allow 5–7 business days for your parcel to be prepared and delivered. Once it ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it on its way.
Returns & exchanges
Every item is handcrafted, so we're unable to offer refunds. We want you to love what you receive, so if something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we'll gladly arrange an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item should be unused and in its original condition. Please keep the original packaging where you can.
Cancellations
Orders can't be cancelled from your account once placed. If you need to make a change, reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
